Competitors will be judged on how quickly (and cleanly) they can churn out a round of drinks while under the watchful eye of industry judges, guest bartenders, and a rowdy audience ready to cheer (or jeer). On Tuesday, May 27, from 9PM to midnight, we’re taking over The Felix, San Francisco’s sleek underground speakeasy tucked beneath Bodega SF — velvet booths, Mahjong-tiled tables, and all the late-night energy you could ask for.

Spinning for the night, the Bay’s own DJ Umami will keep the room moving, blending R&B, soul, and feel-good anthems to set the perfect vibe.

Behind the bar, catch two of the city’s rising talents: Sofia Ramos of Third Rail and Ashley of Cavana SF, mixing up a menu of unforgettable cocktails crafted just for the occasion.

At Trick Dog, you’ll find a coast-to-coast lineup behind the bar, sponsored by Hotaling. Dominique Jackson of 52 Remedies (San Diego) brings a playful, high-concept approach rooted in Asian flavors. Christine Kim from Service Bar (Washington, DC) is known for vibrant, layered cocktails that feel both fresh and thoughtful. From Honolulu’s iconic Halekulani Hotel, Tuda Sarian brings the polished tropical hospitality Hawaii is famous for, while Kuulei Magoon of Lovers and Fighters (Oahu) channels the raw creativity and heart of one of Oahu’s rising new bars.

Over at True Laurel, Viridian from Oakland will be serving up Remy portfolio cocktails inspired by Asian-American culture — smart, bold, and full of nostalgia in the best way. Alongside them, the traveling “super Asian pop-up” Daijobu, sponsored by Brown Foreman
