Daijoubu *Viridian * Asian Invasion

We’re bringing together some of the most exciting AAPI women in the bar world for a special double pop-up across two of San Francisco’s best-known bars.

At Trick Dog, you’ll find a coast-to-coast lineup behind the bar, sponsored by Hotaling. Dominique Jackson of 52 Remedies (San Diego) brings a playful, high-concept approach rooted in Asian flavors. Christine Kim from Service Bar (Washington, DC) is known for vibrant, layered cocktails that feel both fresh and thoughtful. From Honolulu’s iconic Halekulani Hotel, Tuda Sarian brings the polished tropical hospitality Hawaii is famous for, while Kuulei Magoon of Lovers and Fighters (Oahu) channels the raw creativity and heart of one of Oahu’s rising new bars.

Over at True Laurel, Viridian from Oakland will be serving up Remy portfolio cocktails inspired by Asian-American culture — smart, bold, and full of nostalgia in the best way. Alongside them, the traveling “super Asian pop-up” Daijobu, sponsored by Brown Foreman

*RSVP is Free and admittance is not guaranteed, due to capacity of both venues
